"I joined Bob & Berts as a part-time Marketing Admin during my final year at university, gaining valuable hands-on experience while completing my degree. After graduating in June 2025, I progressed to a full-time Marketing Assistant role.

Since then, I've worked across campaign management, event planning, social media, and brand development, helping to grow the Bob & Berts brand. My degree has complemented my career throughout, from applying analytical skills to campaign reporting and performance analysis, to using the creative experience gained through university projects to develop integrated marketing campaigns. Applying the knowledge and skills I gained at university within a growing hospitality business has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to develop my career while contributing to the continued growth of the Bob & Berts brand."

"I joined Bob & Berts over 4 years ago as Counter Staff and worked my way up to Supervisor, Assistant Manager and then Kitchen Manager. Throughout my time I have gained numerous skills which has now led me to the role of New Sites Team. I get to train the new starters as they are welcomed into a brand new store, supporting them throughout their own journey. I’ve been offered so many new and exciting opportunities in my time at Bob & Berts ; this has enabled me to travel across England, work in the stores and meet new people from all walks of life which has benefited my own personal and professional growth. As the company continues to grow from strength to strength, I am so grateful that I get to play a part in such an amazing company!"

I've been the Kitchen Manager at the Ballymena store for the past two years.My time in Ballymena has been an amazing experience. I've had the privilege of watching the store go from strength to strength, and I'm incredibly proud of everything we've achieved together as a team.

I've also been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to visit and support seven other Bob & Berts locations across the company, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It has been a great chance to meet new teams, share experiences, and see how each store brings something unique to the business. I'm excited about what the future holds with Bob & Berts. There are still so many more locations for me to visit, and I look forward to continuing to grow with the company.
