The Kendal branch will be the coffee and food chain’s second in England, after it recently opened its first in Lancaster.
Originating from the north coast of Northern Ireland the chain was born in 2013.
Jordan Graham marketing manager at Bob & Berts said Kendal was the ideal location for the brand’s latest store because of its ‘vibrant’ and ‘bustling’ high street.
“We are now just a couple of weeks away from opening our second English site, in Kendal!” He said.
“We chose Kendal for our second site in England largely because of the vibrant and bustling high street.
“Kendal has a really exciting feel to it, which makes it perfect for Bob & Berts.
“The store will open in what was formerly two separate clothing retailers, which will provide a significant amount of indoor and outdoor seating for our future customers.”
According to Mr Graham customers can expect ‘a bright and trendy interior fit’ and ‘proper coffee’hand roasted in the UK and ‘great grub’.
Mr Graham added: “We operate a full restaurant-standard kitchen which sends out breakfast, lunch, and dinner from our extensive menu.
“We are delighted to cater for all! We have an excellent vegetarian and vegan selection, as well as various options for gluten free customers.
“At the heart of our brand is positive community engagement. All our stores sponsor a local youth sports team, and each December we hold a charity month to fundraise for local causes.
“We are really looking forward to getting to know the people of Kendal!”
