Thanks for participating in our Secret Shopper Program. As part of our ongoing effort to refine and improve our service, your feedback will be carefully analysed and acted upon.

In order to get as much feedback as possible from your report, we ask you to get a variety of items from our menu. Drinks order should include hot drinks and cold drinks (milkshakes/ smoothies/ iced coffees etc) Food should include kitchen order hot meal and a deli order meal and dessert/ traybake/ cake. Sometimes we’ll ask you to pick something specific from the deli counter – we’ll let you know in advance.

We ask that you fill in this report with as much detail as possible. Your feedback will help us improve all aspects of our service.

Please keep your receipt from your visit to submit with your report. We will reimburse your bill. Max spend is £30
